so, skipping onto country #3 – Antigua and Barbuda
Courtesy of Mr Jerk in Wardour St we had a wonderful selection of fried fish, jerk chicken and hard food (yes that’s right, hard food). Probably best not to supply details on the hard food, but suffice to say it is easily washed down with a Guanbana juice or some malt drink.
